Currently the Lead Defence Consultant for the Project Services team at TRS Staffing Solutions. David possesses expertise in consulting with specialisms in manpower, industry expertise, team building and security applications for Project Controls, Project Management, Integrated Logistics and Project Finance disciplines across the Defence Sector.

David works with both contractors and permanent staff within the Defence Sector, Rail, Oil & Gas, Power, Nuclear and Mining/Metals sectors in the UK and across the globe - particularly for the Middle East.

He is experienced in on-boarding candidates into the Defence Sector through all necessary and niche procedures.

David also contains a strong technical knowledge including Geophysical techniques and other general engineering methods due to his education and previous experience, meaning he can consult from a practical perspective.

• UCL Geophysics Graduate
• 2 years’ Defence recruitment experience supporting SMEs to blue-chip Defence contractors and government agencies
• Expert in full lifecycle of defence onboarding including security clearance sponsorship, and further contracts including NDA, COE, Induction, etc.
• Defence framework bidding via DCO & supporting client bids
