TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for an Associate IT Specialist role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general IT administrative tasks and documentation
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Deliver responsive support to executive-level staff
- Respond to IT inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Provide deskside support for users in a Windows 11 environment
- Coordinate receiving and shipping of IT hardware and peripherals
- Contribute to process improvements and service delivery initiatives
- Manage and resolve incidents and service request tickets
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and tracking systems
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.
