TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for an Associate IT Specialist role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry. 

Responsibilities:
 

• Perform general IT administrative tasks and documentation
• Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
• Deliver responsive support to executive-level staff
• Respond to IT inquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Provide deskside support for users in a Windows 11 environment
• Coordinate receiving and shipping of IT hardware and peripherals
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery initiatives
• Manage and resolve incidents and service request tickets
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and tracking systems
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 

• Post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.
