Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the reasons for equipment failure and lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts. Participate in reliability related incident investigations; prioritize action items, and follow-up on their implementation.
2. Lead and guide contractors performing repairs to plant process equipment.
3. Maintain plant and equipment reliability by observing machines in field.
4. Trending and analysis of plant parameters regularly and escalate abnormality if any, to concern team.
5. Must be able to comprehend and follow general workplace safety practices and standard operating procedures maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
6. Develop and maintain good relation with customer, pears and cross functional team
7. Prepare and review plant production reports
8. Maintenance of Warm End equipment which includes compressors (centrifugal, reciprocating, diaphragm, and rotary screw), turbines (cryogenic expansion, ), pumps (centrifugal, gear, screw, cryogenic, water), air suction filters, mechanical and absorption chillers, regeneration heaters, vessels, heat exchangers, cooling towers and water treatment systems, and vent silencers.
