Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Experience Required: 10+ Years

Job Overview:
Warehouse Manager expert in warehouse operations, specifically within site construction projects. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage and optimize warehouse processes, including storage, distribution, and inventory control.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct audits, and implement efficient tracking systems.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse performance, stock movement, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management within site construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
