Describe the Department



Hub quality department is part of Hub module. Hub quality team is responsible for root cause analysis, guiding solution and closed quality loop of design quality issues across value chain. Quality issues includes failures in field, non-confirmatory cases in Manufacturing, Transport, Construction and Service.



Responsibilities



Root cause analysis of hydraulic pitch system failures in field

Hand calculation of simple engineering problems

Review the DFMEA of hydraulic system design

Recommend preventive actions to reduce hydraulic system failures, part of closed loop quality

Recommend design solution for hydraulic pitch system failures in field

Qualifications



Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

5-8 years of experience in hydraulic systems design

Knowledge in electro mechanical system design

Six sigma certification is ideal

Manufacturing knowledge in piping is good to have

Wind turbine hydraulic pitch system design experience is ideal
