Execution of the present Modules Orders in hand concluded in previous year, with all shipments on time and all payment documents are received well in advance as per the signed contracts.


Coordinate with HQ and all local suppliers for order execution related documentation matters specially arranging the import documentation and in time for the current projects in hand or new Biddings


Updating the New IPP/ EPC tenders in region and sign the Pre-Bid agreement with at least 33% of the potential bidders/ winners.


Approval & enplanement of Client Modules in all state renewable agencies by end of year, wherever applicable.


Meeting & knowing all the EPC & large developers in India by end of the year.


Empanelment of Client Modules & Inverters with all the consultants in the region by every December.


All Customer support & service issues to be resolved within 2 to 3 weeks on the receipt of specific issue from regional customers,


Visit at least 2 to existing Client Solar Installations every month and visit to all projects by every December.


Preparation and presentation of India region on Weekly basis, Monthly & quarterly business report by end of each month with specific focus on the new customer acquisition.
