Our client is a major player in oil and gas industry and are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Sarnia, ON. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, and connecting with prospects to develop relationships. The Business Development Manager will identify market requirements for future areas of growth and business opportunities.

Key Job Duties:
• Create a comprehensive business plan and winning strategies to guarantee consistent revenue growth and profitability
• Aid in the growth and expansion of current business with main accounts
• Implement action plans to access new markets
• Develop close relationships with both external and internal clients
• Assist with contract negotiations, and support functioning sales efforts

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, or technical discipline
• 7 – 10 years’ in a Business Development role is required
• Proven history of sales management accomplishments
• Able to meet assigned targets and deadlines regularly
• Knowledgeable of customer and market dynamics
