Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end tendering process for EPC projects, identifying new business opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and driving business growth in infrastructure sectors including JJM, Power Distribution Projects, Railways & Telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify EPC tender opportunities and analyze client requirements and market trends.
- Prepare comprehensive, compliant tender proposals including technical and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, finance) to gather inputs and ensure timely submission.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate contract terms, and support contract finalization.
- Monitor and report on tender progress and pipeline to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Participate in industry events and maintain market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in EPC project tendering and business development.
- Strong understanding of EPC contracts, procurement, and project lifecycle in sectors like JJM, Power Distribution, and Telecom.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in tender management software (E bidding) and MS Office.
