"TRS is urgently looking for local Mozambican Nationals for a Civil Construction Supervisor within Power Plant / Renewable Energy Industry to join our International Client's TEMANE CTT Project team based in MOZAMBIQUE."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Must be capable of understanding technical documents, layouts, earthworks, foundations drawings, etc. and therefore capable of assuring proper execution at Site.
• Will provide Support to the Client’s Lead Civil Supervisor.
• Daily supervision of works being carried out at Site, highlighting deviations from the applicable Drawings and specifications.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Tertiary Degree / Diploma qualification within relevant field of study.
• Minimum 12 years of experience as Civil Engineer or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role within Renewable Power Plant Construction Industry.
• Willing to work overtime and night shifts (to cover concrete pouring at Site).
• Experience with large concrete pouring (large foundations at Power Plants, etc.) would be desirable.
• Must be competent with basic MSOffice tools.
• Must be Fluent speaking in English and Portuguese (reading, listening and writing).
