An opportunity to work for one of the world's leading offshore wind developers, taking part in one of their exciting Offshore Wind projects in Germany.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with extensive offshore experience specifically on the cable pulling scope.
Daily rate is €850 all-inclusive
Job Description
The Client Representative Offshore shall ensure that specific tasks are completed safely, on time, and with due-consideration and attention to the project requirements (RAMS) for the assigned scope of work.
The major responsibilities are:
- Ensure HSE Compliance: Review safety plans, attend safety walks, monitor observations, and support incident investigations.
- Oversee Documentation: Review health & safety documents, verify as-built records, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Monitor Quality & Execution: Ensure contractor meets technical and safety standards; witness key installations and inspections.
- Engage in Meetings: Participate in daily briefings, toolbox talks, and project reviews to align and escalate issues.
- Support Project Oversight: Act on behalf of Quality Manager when needed; monitor progress and non-conformances.

- Manual Handling.
- Current valid medical certificate and exams for offshore work according to legal requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must have right to work in EU already in place, work self-employed (via your own LTD) and be available to start on the project in January 2026.
