Job Title: Senior Commissioning/Startup Engineer for Steam-Methane Reforming (SMR) based Hydrogen Generation Units

About Company:

We are looking for senior commissioning engineer with 15 + years of experience. Candidate have good knowledge of steam methane reforming and Hydrogen Generation units. Our client have global presence with technology Licensor for SMR based Hydrogen generation units.

Job Responsibility:

• Experience in commissioning and operations of SMR based HGUs.
• Leadership capabilities to manage site related activities.
• Utilize his operational knowledge to guide design team on operational aspects during basic and detailed engineering phases.
• Preparation/review of documents like P&IDs, Control Narrative, C&E, Precomm/comm Procedures, Operating Manuals, Operation SOPs etc.
• Partcipate in several design reviews such as HAZOP, SIL, 3D Model reviews.
• participation in FAT/SAT.
• Vendor document reviews.
• Lead precommissioning/Commissioning and Startup activities at the sites.
• Perform troubleshooting of the operational issues reported from various sites.

• Roles at this level are Technical subject matter experts.

• They work individually in solving complex technical issues and act as guide / mentors to others in their field of expertise. At this role - their technical expertise is critical in maintaining the competitiveness of the organization. Most of the times, there are few replacements in the organization and the market for such experts.
