Construction Coordinator

TRS Staffing is partnered with a high-tech construction company in Austin, TX that is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join their team.

This is an opportunity to work with a global, industry leader to work on capital projects with high-profile clientele.

REQUIREMENTS

• Expectation is that this person is knowledgeable in regards to construction means and methods.
• Must be familiar with utilities infrastructure in an industrial environment
• Must be knowledgeable with tool start up and facilities turn on processes and procedures
• Must be knowledgeable with coordinating construction scope and schedule
• Champion the protocol audit process for SL2 closure ensuring all punch list items are closed and all temporary trade materials are cleaned up and removed (tape and Unistrut in local area)
• Attend and participate in Safety Lessons Learned/Fact Findings.
• Micromanage hand offs from trade to trade, System Owner to Tool Owner, one FA to another FA where necessary to ensure construction success
• Participate in Design Review and focus on package constructability. Support RFI process by providing construction management related information. Involve all the required parties to obtain solution when needed.
