Contract Administrator

Our client is a major player in the energy industry and are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team in Calgary, AB. In this role you will be responsible for building positive relationships with stakeholders, managing on-going service contracts, and resolving contract change requests. Reporting to the Contract Specialist, you will manage vendor performance, and contract deliverables while maintaining and keeping supplier relationships.

Key Job Duties:
• Contract support for major projects, ongoing operation requirements, and engineering
• Oversee ongoing agreements, issues, and deliverables
• Issuing and approving purchase orders
• Handle contract issues, claims, and disputes quickly
• Answer customer inquiries for supply sources, pricing, and vendor performance
• Coordinate with internal and external customers regarding Purchase Orders and Contracts

Key Qualifications:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in Supply Chain for energy or manufacturing industries
• Experience with contract composition, and contract law
• Exceptional time management skills and self-motivated
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Commerce is required
• Professional SCMP designation is an asset
