Here is an exciting opportunity to join our client in Edmonton, AB as a Contract Administrator! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing of contract documents, correspondence, contract daily reports, and invoices.
Key Job Duties:
• Assist Construction with Development of Change Documents (Scopes of Work, Project Deviation Notices, Requests for Contract Action, Etc.)
• Issue Requests for Proposal to Contractors for Changes
• Prepare Contract Modifications and Contract Modification Routing Guides and Route for Approval
• Chairing and Preparing Minutes for Weekly (or as required) Contractor Progress Meetings
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of prior contract administration experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrate earnestness and authority in Construction Meetings with Contractors and with Construction
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communications skills, capacity to build trust among internal and external stakeholders
