Remote Contract Recruiter – Data Center & Critical Infrastructure
Help scale high‑impact data center and critical infrastructure teams by owning end‑to‑end recruiting in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment. This remote contract role offers hands‑on influence, exposure to large‑scale data center initiatives, and the opportunity to deliver immediate hiring impact.Location: 100% Remote
Contract Length: 6 Months
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with proven data center recruiting expertise to support aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a senior recruiter who understands the data center talent market, actively headhunts passive candidates, and can confidently lead the full recruitment lifecycle.Speed is critical for this team. The successful recruiter will be comfortable managing pressure, driving urgency, and keeping hiring moving forward while partnering closely with hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding support
- Actively source and headhunt passive candidates, primarily via LinkedIn
- Lead hiring manager conversations and guide them through the recruiting process
- Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
- Push candidates and stakeholders forward to meet aggressive hiring timelines
- Support offer negotiations, compensation research, and job description development
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and increased hiring demand
What We’re Looking For
- Mid-level to senior-level recruiting experience
- Direct data center recruiting experience required
- Deep understanding of data center roles, market trends, and competitor landscape
- Strong agency recruiting and passive sourcing background
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and process-driven
- Willing to commit to a 6-month contract
- Experience recruiting in energy or natural gas is a plus
- Comfortable hiring across a wide range of roles, including senior-level positions
