About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our esteemed clients team based in Adelaide. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large contracts and projects

• Develop contract and negotiation strategies for projects

• Oversee budgets, resources, and contract risk management

• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements

• Review and approve contracts and commercial recommendations

• Support bidding, proposals, and client engagement activities

• Manage and develop contract management staff and processes

Skills and experience required

• 10+ years’ experience managing contracts on large EPC projects

• Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions

• Experience developing contract strategies, budgets, and risk assessments

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
