Job Purpose:
Manage contracts to enable execution of Maintenance work within the refinery including process plant and Utilities turnaround or shutdown as per approved shutdown schedules and budget and in compliance with Company policy.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of refinery maintenance and contracting, of which at least 8 years’ experience in contracts management.
• A broad knowledge of refinery equipment and processes.
• Fully PC literate/a knowledge of computerized Maintenance management Software.
• Ability to prepare monitoring documents, MIS reports and presentations.
• Excellent written English skills. Good interpersonal communications skills.
