Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all design, procurement, construction and installation activities carried out by the Client are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Client’s HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO1400 1 and ISO 45001).
  • Ensure Project HSE plans and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life.
  • Define HSE strategies for the entire project and review the design studied from HSE point of view.
  • Conduct preconstruction survey, identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measures.
  • Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.).
  • Take part in accident / incident investigation.
  • Identify properly potential emergency scenario and develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Plan and conduct HSE audit to project sites and contractors.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree as minimum.
  • Offshore Experience of 10+ Years as minimum (For Offshore Locations).
  • Minimum shall have NEBOSH IGC certification or any other valid safety certification.
  • HSE Professional Certification Membership (ASP/CSP/GSP or CRSP or OHST/CHST or MIIRSM/FIIRSM or TECHIOSH/CERTIOSH/CMIOSH).
  • Candidate shall have mandatory Saudi Aramco experience for Project HSE Manager position.
  • Previous Saudi Aramco offshore / Onshore approval “Preferrable”
  • BOSIET, H2S Certificates.
  • BLS, First Aid from American Heart / Saudi Heart Association.
  • Must be proficient in English, oral and written communication.
