LOCATION: WORLDWIDE (CURRENTLY IN UK)
DURATION: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)

"TRS is urgently looking for an Offshore Main Crane Operator with Heavy Lifts above 2000 Tons and Am Clyde Cranes experience within Oil and Gas Industry to join our International Client's project team Onboard SAIPEM 3000 based WORLDWIDE, currently in the UK."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Operate and takes care of the crane.
• Carry out lifting operation in a safe manner.
• Maintain contact with the bridge and the Deck Foreman during lifting operations.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.
• Heavy Lift experience ( Jacket installation , Windfarm Offshore Installation, Pile installation , Hammering , decommissioning of platforms , Top side Installation etc. )
• IMCA log book , with previous heavy lift experience records.
• Have experience with Am Clyde Cranes – old generation friction Cranes – STRICTLY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
• Have experience in managing tugger hoist operators during heavy lifts
• Have experience in Heavy Lift on DP Vessels
• English Knowledge shall be at least B1
• Have experience in Heavy lifts > 2000 tons
• At least 3 years’ experience in Heavy lifts in combination of vessel ballast system
• Stage 3 certificate BS7121 p11 ( Sparrows or Enermech would be a plus )
