A Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Manager oversees the execution of the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a construction project. They act as a vital link between the design team and the construction team, ensuring all three disciplines work seamlessly together to achieve the project's goals. A Site based role in Demark.
Planning and Coordination:

Developing and maintaining the project schedule for CSA activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.

Coordinating with engineering disciplines (civil, structural, and architectural) to ensure design and documentation meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

Collaborating with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment related to CSA aspects.
Documentation and Management:

Managing and reviewing CSA design documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Issuing design packages to relevant stakeholders, including contractors and construction teams.

Maintaining a comprehensive document management system for all CSA-related documents.
Communication and Reporting:

Facilitating communication and collaboration between all parties involved in CSA aspects, such as engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Preparing and presenting reports on the progress of CSA activities to project management and stakeholders.

Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to CSA design or implementation.
