Join us as a CSD Manager based in Abu Dhabi, where you will lead cutter suction dredger operations for large-scale marine projects. Don’t miss this opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operations related to Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and implement dredging plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet project timelines and production targets.
- Supervise dredger crew and support teams, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor dredging progress, equipment performance, and production output, making adjustments to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, marine teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of dredging operations within overall project scope.
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of dredging equipment, pumps, and pipelines to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including production data, equipment status, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dredging efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10+ years of experience on self-propelled CSD with minimum cutter power >5 MW as a captain.
