Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy HSE Professional to join our team in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of expertise in site construction projects and execution, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HSE activities across large-scale construction projects
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections on-site
- Provide guidance and training to site teams on HSE practices
- Collaborate with project managers and execution teams to maintain safe work environments
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and practice
- Education: B.Tech/BE degree (mandatory)
- Certifications: Valid industrial HSE certifications
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in site construction projects with execution exposure
- Availability: Immediate joiners or within 30 days (not beyond)
