POSITION OVERVIEW:
The DMM is responsible for growing our digital marketing footprint to drive revenue growth by strategizing, planning, & executing marketing campaigns. DMM will directly report to our Chief Growth Officer & will play a crucial role in driving our future success by growing our brand presence & revenue. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent verbal/written communication, digital marketing, & relevant software skillsets. This is a salaried position with highly competitive & generous compensation with a 100% remote work environment & flexible work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns (web, SEO/SEM, social media & display advertising).
- Designing, building, & maintaining our social media presence.
- Measuring & reporting performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROIs & KPIs).
- Identifying trends/insights & optimizing performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new & creative growth strategies.
- Planning, executing, & measuring experiments & conversion tests.
- Creating & managing content (graphics, text, & videos) for social media, emails, & other forms of digital communication.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages & optimizing user experience.
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels & client touch points.
- Instrumenting conversion points & optimizing user funnels.
- Evaluating emerging technologies to provide thought leadership & adoption strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM etc.).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, & motivate prospects to take desirable actions.
- Proven track record in optimizing landing pages & user funnels.
- Proven experience with A/B & multivariate experiments.
- Solid working knowledge & hands-on experience with: website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends); ad serving tools (DART, ATLAS etc); & setting up & optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript development & constraints.
- Proficiency in customizing & navigating CRM software & other marketing & sales software.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
- Solid interpersonal, time management, & organizational skills with attention to detail.
