TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for Document & Data Management professionals to work for a leader in engineering consulting. This is a long-term contract full-time position that starts with a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension or option to become permanent full-time.
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of industry related experience (oil & gas, mining, utility, construction)
- Experience in leading Document Management project teams
- Strong understanding of data and data systems, and emerging technologies
- Ability to develop technical documentation, including document management plans.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the work activities and training of PDDM team.
- Ensure compliance with customer regulations regarding maintenance of relevant documentation.
- Perform tasks such as preparing electronic receipt, recording, tracking reporting, and disposal of documentation.
- Perform complex problem solving to resolve PDDM issues.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Prepare historical performance reporting.
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
