Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with document management systems, and the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy in project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate PDDM (Project Document & Data Management) responsibilities, supporting task force objectives and project milestones.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of PDDM procedures and relevant company policies.
  • Participate actively in project task force meetings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PDDM EDMS software and train team members as required.
  • Review documentation prepared by others for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Direct work activities and provide training to associates when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with client requirements for documentation management.
  • Manage electronic receipt, recording, tracking, reporting, and disposition of documents in a timely manner.
  • Perform complex PDDM duties and analytical tasks, applying strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations to clients, projects, or management as required.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: -
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–10 years of project-related experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and specialized software such as electronic document management systems (EDMS), relational databases, and internet-based project collaboration tools.
  • Proven problem resolution and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
    Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
