Duties include:
- Maintain and manage project documentation in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Operate and administer Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Assai, Aconex, SharePoint, and FusionLive to track, store, and retrieve documents efficiently.
- Coordinate document workflows between internal teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring all documentation is reviewed, approved, and archived appropriately.
- Train and support project personnel on document control procedures, tools, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent document handling across the project.
- Generate reports and maintain registers for document status, transmittals, and project deliverables, supporting audits and project close-out activities.
- Prior experience as a document controller.
- Worked in an EPC environment.
