Excellent opportunity with a fast growing Renewable power organization working in Solar, Wind and Hybrid projects at multiple locations.
Job Description:
• Exp - 4+ plus years in data storage and documentation in a project driven organization, reporting
• This person shall be responsible for documentation of all the documents generated in projects department.
• He/she should be well-organized and preferably conversant with storage of data in soft format and hard copy.
• Create systems to manage company documents
• Ensure that all documents are up to date
• Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed
• Work with auditors to maintain ISO status
• Train employees on how to use and access the documents
• Develop procedures so that they are standardized
• Communicate and collaborate with project managers
• Follow company procedures
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions
• Great time management skills
• Ability to follow procedures exactly
• Incredible organizational skills
• Microsoft office suite skills
• Can work independently without much guidance
• Ability to communicate with team
• Management of all the data of Projects department including storage of original documents with self-developed traceability system.
• Management of data in soft format.
• Abstraction all the documents available of Projects department and updating the same.
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS office and Proficiency to work on ERP/SAP.
• Interpersonal/communication:
• Fluent in English & (verbal and Written) and Good typing speed.
• Should have exposure in contract and billing as well.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
