Step into the role of Dredging Operations Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, where you will oversee cutter suction dredger operations for large-scale marine projects. This is your chance to lead critical operations and make a significant impact - don’t miss this opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all dredging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement dredging plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to achieve production targets and project timelines.
- Supervise cutter suction dredger (CSD) activities, including crew management and operational coordination.
- Coordinate with project teams, marine operations, and support departments to ensure seamless execution of dredging activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of dredging equipment, pumps, and pipelines.
- Prepare accurate operational reports, including production data, equipment status, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and training to dredging crews, fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Master of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role with Dredging & Reclamation projects on capital dredging, not limited to maintenance dredging field, operational and project management experience in marine construction and the dredging industry.
