Here is an exciting opportunity to join a mega project in Kitimat, British Columbia as an E&I Construction Coordinator! In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to craft personnel, engage in RFI initiation, and interface with design teams and home office engineering.
Key Job Duties:
- A strong understanding of safety standards and codes
- Play an active role in the safety culture on site and enforce safety standards.
- Understand building electrical codes and project specific codes and industry specifications.
- Review and understand P6 schedules.
- Review, understand and implement contracts.
- Monitor daily direct and subcontractor activities and report any deviations from plan and progress.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience on Large Industrial & LNG Projects
- A minimum of 5-10 years of Construction Supervisory experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of Field Engineering Technical Services
- Alberta Red Seal or Equivalent Trade Certification in Electrical or Instrumentation
- Candidate must have above average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and have a working experience using Coreworx & Aconex
