Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, compliance, negotiation, and execution of contractual obligations between the client and their EPC
- Defend the company’s contractual rights and ensure alignment with legal and commercial frameworks throughout the execution phase
- Lead the development and implementation of contracting strategies, standards, and systems for a major energy infrastructure project
- Participate in internal and external commercial meetings with senior stakeholders, including the EPC and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with internal and external legal counsel to ensure accurate interpretation and administration of contracts
- 15+ years of experience in contract management within EPC environments, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors
- Strong background in lump sum, unit rate, and reimbursable contract structures
- At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a client-side EPC organization
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, change management, and claims resolution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
