For our client we are currently looking for an experienced E&I Supervisor to support construction activities on a project in Lysekil. This onsite role ensures safe, compliant, and timely execution of all E&I construction work in a brownfield refinery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, I/O lists, cable schedules, technical specifications, and Company standards.
- Promote strong HSE performance and lead field safety engagement.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineering, QA/QC, and construction management.
- Monitor progress, support planning/lookaheads, and help resolve field issues.
- Oversee inspections, testing, loop checks, energization, commissioning support, and punch list closure.
- 10+ years of E&I construction experience (refinery/petrochemical preferred).
- Proven supervisory experience on major EPC/EPCm projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, cabling, hazardous area installation, and testing.
- Ability to interpret E&I drawings, hook-up details, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English required; Dutch or Swedish is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends when required.
