TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in Oil&Gas, Energy, Food, and Pharma sector. Who are we looking for?

• In possession of EU work permit / EU nationality (candidate required immediately)
• Experience in the role of E&I Supervisor (minimum 5 years)
• Good knowledge of English (Dutch is an asset)
• Knowledge of standard IT tools such as MS office, Excel etc.
• Experience with EPCm-projects

What will you do?

• The position involves the management of all E&I construction operations.
• Supervising during construction, handover, defects, and final sign off.
• Working closely together with construction department (other disciplines)
• Managing on site with employees and delegation to subcontractors.
• Respecting and meeting deadlines always respecting the cost-efficiency/design.
• Communication on a multidisciplinary level.
