E&I Supervisor - Inflow | CM-068

Position specific responsibilities and requirements:

• Monitor that the contractor executes its construction methodologies, strategies and plans in accordance with project construction systems and standards.
• Oversee the contractor Supervisor that provides on-site supervision and monitors the performance of construction implementation contractor performance in an identified sub -area of construction and maintenance.
• Ensure contractors understand HSE requirements and processes, and provide governance that project minimum HSE standards are being met
• Follow all reporting, escalation and investigation requirements for HSE events
• Ensure contractors are performing quality field leadership interactions
• Responsible for workplace inspections, progress monitoring
• Ensure that the contractor executes risk and quality management plans to assure effective management the project’s construction scope of work.
• Perform Critical control verification's and observations for material risks
• Provides commissioning expertise as input to value improvement practices.

Position required competencies and skills:

• Experience in a similar role on a large scale industrial project
• Experience working in a fast pace environment in the Mining Industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team

Position required qualifications:

Trade qualified

• 10+ years heavy industry project/construction execution experience
• Field and E&I execution experience
