Engineer

Are you just finished with your Bachelor or Master Degree and looking for a starters position? For one of our clients in the Offshore sector we are currently looking for an Engineer in Delft area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing concept design / analysis / software product development

• Work for tenders and projects

• Marine Engineering could exist of: Hydrostatic- and hydrodynamic analysis, motion response analysis, offshore workability assessments based on offshore environmental data, vessel capabilities and installation limitations.

• Structural Engineering could exist of: Performing concept and detail designing of offshore lifting arrangements and steel structures, and grillage and sea fastening. Performing structural strength verification analyses, including advanced non-linear Finite Element Analysis. Getting acquainted with discipline related work processes, guidelines and standards.

• Improve the level of knowledge in competence / specialty within the company and its clients

Profile of the candidate

• You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent

• You have relevant experience in the detailed and concept design of mechanical parts

• Programming experience with languages like Python.

• Adequate communication skills in English and Dutch languages, both spoken and written
