"TRS has an urgent opportunity for an Engineering Watch Rating to join our International Client's Offshore project team Onboard SCARABEO 5 based in ANGOLA.”

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Contribute to a safe engineering watch in a manned engine-room or designated to perform duties in a periodically unmanned engine-room.
• Perform the marine engineering function at support level as indicated in regulation III/4 and/or III/5. Execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities and/or qualifications.
• Report to Engineer on watch, execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities.
• Carry out maintenance as directed by own STCW regulation

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification within related field of experience.
• Minimum Five (5) year' experience as an Engineering Watch Rating role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• International experience in Angola, Africa, Brazil is a plus
• Fully STCW certified marine officer.
• Work employment certificates
• BOSIET / H2S (Mandatory)
• STCW Certificates (Mandatory)
