Join our global client in the Oil and Gas sector as an Engineering Watch Rating aboard the DVD Deep Value Driller Drill Ship. This offshore role offers worldwide deployment, with the current assignment located offshore Indonesia.”

Mission:
  • Contribute to a safe engineering watch in a manned engine-room or designated to perform duties in a periodically unmanned engine room.
  • Perform the marine engineering function at support level as indicated in regulation III/4 and/or III/5.
  • Execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities and/or qualifications.
  • Maintain safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to Engineer on watch, execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities.
    Assist with engine room operations and watch keeping.
    Carry out maintenance as directed by own STCW regulation.

     
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
  • STCW required certificates, National CoP Reg. III/4 (seniority Junior/Expert).
  • STCW required certificates, National CoP Reg. III/5 (seniority Senior).
  • Completion of all training and certifications as described in the Training Matrix.
  • Minimum of 2 years to cover Expert (L2) position.
  • Must comply with STCW Regulation III/4 - Ratings Forming Part of an Engineering Watch.
  • English language skills required.
