General
• Support communications and collaboration with other teams (Legal and Compliance Office, Asset management. Etc.) within OGUSA to promote successful partnerships, information sharing, and process improvement opportunities
Engineering
• Collaborate with our development partners to formulate equipment and EPC selection and contracting strategy, taking into account design, permitting, cost, technical suitability, and other risk factors
• Support evaluation of other renewable technologies (wind, storage, etc.) as applicable.
• Manage technical diligence in support of financing activities and acquisitions, including coordination with independent engineers and other relevant third parties
• Develop and maintain internal data management standards for monitoring document changes including the RFI process
Procurement
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic equipment suppliers (e.g., module, inverters, racking, batteries, etc.) and EPC contractor relationships to support new construction projects
• Support commercial negotiations with EPC contractors and equipment suppliers
• Coordinate ongoing activities, logistics, delivery, and management of incoming procured inventory
• Develop Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) procurement compliance strategy in coordination with suppliers, third-party advisors, partners, and internal resources
Construction
• Manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects under construction, providing oversight of EPC contractors and suppliers.
• Full cycle coordination of RFP and bid coordination including responding to bidder inquiries, lead pre-bid meetings, receive and analyze bids, prepare commercial bid tabulations, detailed cost analysis, and selection of successful bidders
• Monitor and conduct site construction progress inspections before, during, and after active construction maintaining the company’s high-quality standards
• Manage subcontractor and vendor payment schedules and invoice processing
