Estimator

Our client, a leading general contractor, is looking for an Estimator to join their team in Montreal, QC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with estimation on ICI projects including hospitals, universities, etc.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the estimating department, assisting with project selection to bid and establishing and coordinating the bidding schedule. Along with this, they will be reviewing project costs, reviewing final cost report with the project, and conducting post bid review.

Qualifications
- Civil Engineering education or related field
- 7+ years of experience with construction and estimating
- Must have experience with institutional and commercial buildings construction
- Outstanding communication skills – must be fluent in French
