Estimator

Our client, an international industry leader in major infrastructure capital projects, is looking for an Estimator to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with commercial and institutional projects including schools, hospitals, as well as commercial fit-outs.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling cost estimates for various projects from conception through execution. Along with this, they will analyze tender returns, conduct benchmarks on major projects, and engage in client interfacing at all project stages.

Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Degree, Construction Manager Degree, or related post-secondary education
- 3-5years of experience with estimating on ICI projects
- Membership in CIQS/RICS is considered an asset
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
