As a Warehouse Support Technician, you’re the backbone of our material management operation. You ensure that tools, equipment, and supplies arrive exactly where they’re needed—on time, every time. Your work helps construction teams stay safe, productive, and project-ready.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Support Technician at Fluor, you will:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders and packing lists
  • Prepare, stage, and issue materials to craft and construction teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized inventory using Fluor’s digital tracking systems and warehouse procedures
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment to safely move items
  • Perform cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate data integrity
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping outbound materials
  • Support warehouse housekeeping and safety standards, helping keep the environment clean, compliant, and hazard‑free
  • Collaborate with field supervisors, procurement, and logistics teams to troubleshoot material needs and resolve discrepancies

What You Bring

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics environment
  • A commitment to safety first in every task
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
  • Comfort working with inventory systems and basic computer tools
  • Forklift or heavy‑equipment experience (or willingness to train)
