Experience : 12 to 15 years
Qualification : CS/ CA/ ICWA
A fantastic Job opportunity to be part of engineering company with 100 years of experience in their field . They are looking for finance manager with experience of 12 to 15 years.
A. ROLE :
The primary role of Finance Manager is to assist the CFO in managing the Company to achieve corporate goals in terms of Bookings, Shipments, EBT and Net Working Capital. All necessary actions required for achievement of these goals may be requested to the Finance Manager as part of the Top Management Team of the Company.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION:
In general, the Finance Manager is expected to operate and manage the following activities on a regular day to day basis:
1) Budgeting as per the Company’s budgeting process with efforts to improve and streamline process as may be necessary.
2) Forecasting the likely end results based on current trends and status and specially outlook 1, 2, & 3 required by Headquarter.
3) Managing legal & financial issues related to growth and diversification activities of the Company in terms of new business activities such as DAP, DSC, AGIN and Business IT and other such entities which may be added in the future.
4) Profitability Analysis on a quarterly basis for eg. by customers or by product line, etc.
5) Pricing Analysis and providing inputs for preparation of the Company’s Pricing & Credit Policy permitting credit policy relaxation based on judgement.
6) Decision Analysis about the outsourcing activities of the Company.
7) Support in overseeing and managing the Purchase, Materials Management, HR and IT functions.
8) Strategic Planning & Management of the Office of Strategic Management.
9) Regulatory compliance with the socio-political and economical environment.
10) Risk Management Analysis - Planning and Implementation of risk mitigation strategy.
11) Management of Net Working Capital with the objective of minimizing net working capital below company goals. The Working Capital Management effectiveness will be measured by two measures namely:
a) Net Working Capital Level
b) WCTR
12) Preparation of Performance Management System Score Cards to provide the reports by 15th of each month for the previous month.
13) Preparation of Monthly Reports to Darmstadt specially the commentary on release as prepared by FAX.
14) Overall supervision, management and control of the following sections namely;
a) Finance and Accounts Section (FAX)
b) Logistics Section (LGX)
c) Company Affairs Section (COX)
