We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager, who has extensive PMC / Mega Projects experience, to support a major international refinery project. This role will provide strategic leadership across all contract management activities on a large-scale PMC project (> $5B).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full contract lifecycle: strategy, pre-award, negotiation, execution, and close-out
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with prime contract terms
• Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution
• Develop contracting strategies and support major procurement decisions
• Act as a senior advisor to project leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals

Requirements:

• 25+ years’ experience in Contracts / Commercial Management
• Proven track record on PMC mega projects ($5B+), preferably in refining or oil & gas
• Strong expertise in UK law / English law governed contracts
• Extensive experience with claims, negotiations, and complex contract structures
• Experience working in international, multi-stakeholder project environments
