Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of daily operations, safety checks, and technical deviations.
- Mentor field teams to promote safety, skill development, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and optimize field procedures.
- Monitor field performance and ensure all work aligns with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
- Review and validate technical plans and procedures before execution.
- Lead quality assurance efforts, including sampling, testing, and documentation of field results.
- Direct and coordinate all on-site cementitious application activities, including material preparation, injection, and curing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in civil or structural construction, with a focus on concrete or pressure-injection systems.
- Recognized certification in grouting, post-tensioning, or structural reinforcement.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, QA/QC protocols, and field safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Additional certifications in inspection or construction supervision are a strong asset.
