Grouting Certified Supervisor

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Grouting Certified Supervisor to join our client’s team. Our client is an industry leader that has successfully performed a variety of large-scale major infrastructure projects across Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, ensuring technical precision, and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Maintain detailed records of daily operations, safety checks, and technical deviations.
• Mentor field teams to promote safety, skill development, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and optimize field procedures.
• Monitor field performance and ensure all work aligns with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
• Review and validate technical plans and procedures before execution.
• Lead quality assurance efforts, including sampling, testing, and documentation of field results.
• Direct and coordinate all on-site cementitious application activities, including material preparation, injection, and curing.

Requirements
 

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in civil or structural construction, with a focus on concrete or pressure-injection systems.
• Recognized certification in grouting, post-tensioning, or structural reinforcement.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, QA/QC protocols, and field safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Additional certifications in inspection or construction supervision are a strong asset.
