TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting long-term opportunity to work for a hybrid renewable energy client based in Bangalore in the role of PMO Head. This position is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning stage
1. Develop scope of work, project schedules, manpower plan, tracking and control for Solar/Wind Power Plants
2. Material planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials at cost effective prices conducting inspections for source materials.
3. Formulating procedures for project implementation, considering quality, safety & environment standards
Project implementation stage
1. Conducting project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking
2. Ensuring completion of projects within defined time, cost, and quality parameters
3. Co-ordinating with Contractors, Vendors, Logistics, Purchase Departments and Design Consultant for project execution
4. Preparing Technical proposal and Detail Project Report, Execution and Material planning for projects
Co-ordination and Strategic initiatives
1. Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization.
2. Performance improvement / value engineering in design, procurement and implementation
3. Identifying prospective vendors, maintaining cordial relations with them to sustain profitability of the business.
4. Co-ordinate / regular update to clients on project progress / status etc.

Key Requirements:

• B Tech with an experience of 5+ years in Project Management in power generation ideally should have worked on Solar and Wind projects.
• Ability to define the fundamental components of a project in terms of its scope, deliverables, timescales, resource requirements and budget whilst incorporating risk and quality to provide a consolidated overview of a project.
• Ability to influence different stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time.
• An effective communicator.
