Key responsibilities include:
- Active involvement in management of contractual matters within scope of responsibilities (HSE) and resulting from agreement between Client and General Contractor (such as preparation of formal correspondence, monitoring if GC fulfills contract obligations, monitoring if required documents and formalities in the area of HSE are executed as per contractual obligations)
- Development and monitoring of implementation of GC’s Site-Specific Safety Plan
- Monitoring of implementation of Project and Client HSE standards
- Review of Safety plans, BIOZ Plans, IBWR (RAMS), STAs (Safety Task Assignments) developed for the project, on which the functioning of the HSE system shall be based
- Conduct regular safety meetings, and implementation of the construction management dispositions regarding HSE resulting from contract and in compliance with project requirements
- Conducting, where necessary, inspections, evaluations and investigations
- Inform and support the Project Management Team about the HSE programs and methods which are developed for the execution of works
- HSE reports review and providing recommendations regarding the accidents and trends
- Monitor each compulsory accident investigation performed by GC and support Client in the scope of responsibilities
- Managerial skills to manage own team
- Keeps records of man-hours from Fluor personnel
- Monitoring and updating safety statistics following corporate requirements
- Provides input to the corporate reports whenever required
- Other work related activities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HSE matter
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE and 5-7 on similar position
- EPC/EPCM projects experience
- Industrial site/construction experience
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English
- Strong organizational and people skills
