Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist the I&C Lead in coordinating construction and (pre)commissioning execution activities.
  • Inspections & Testing: Participate in inspections and tests of critical mechanical, electrical, and control systems equipment at vendor facilities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Support tracking of deliveries and installation progress and provide accurate reporting.
  • Documentation Review: Validate construction performance metrics and ensure completeness of field documentation.
  • Audits: Assist in audits to verify readiness and integration of multidisciplinary documentation.

Expectations:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of instrumentation and control systems and construction/commissioning processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review technical documentation and performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
