1. Champion a strong safety culture throughout the project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
2. Interface Identification: Identify and document all interfaces and risks directly within the project execution scope, both external to the facility and to the ultimate operating company.
3. Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive project risk management plan to address identified risks, ensuring mitigation measures are in place.
4. Incident-Free Project Execution: Collaborate with project teams to establish procedures and protocols that support incident-free project execution and associated assurance activities.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Provide a structured approach to identification and proactive engagement with stakeholders. Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the operating company, engineering contractor teams, operating company, regulatory authorities, and local communities.
6. Coordination: Facilitate coordination between project workstreams to ensure seamless interface management and risk mitigation across all project phases.
7. Assurance and Compliance: Provide demonstrable assurance that all interfaces and risks are being managed effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interface management activities, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress status reports.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of interface management practices.
