IT Director

Job Objective:

To oversee the development and implementation of robust IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and execute corporate IT strategies.
• Set IT infrastructure, systems, related policies, and application standards.
• Ensure compliance with IT and security policies and implement new products, technologies, and controls to remain abreast with the latest developments in the industry and help in mitigating cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee operational, technical, and financial KPIs for IT.
• Oversee the management of ERP project plan, the creation of ERP architecture, and the development of ERP applications.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of IT software and hardware strategy and plans to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled within the assigned budget.
• Oversee daily inspection of security operations and infrastructure to guarantee proper functionality.
• Develop a vigorous and well-defined security incident response program as a plan of action based on anticipated risks and thorough post-event analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate operations by leveraging new digital technologies and trends to acquire, build, or develop new systems and process automation.
• Work closely with departments to identify future demands and ensure alignment with the technological advancements and products available in the industry market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
• 12+ years of professional experience minimum 7 years in managerial role. 
• Must have experience in both IT Application and Infrastructure.
• Must be working on Industrial Sector (Ex: Engine Manufacturing, Heavy Industries or Maritime)
