Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000
Position Summary
We are seeking a self driven and experienced SAP CPI/PI Developer to join our SAP Development Team. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem solving, and is committed to delivering high quality SAP integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the existing SAP landscape.
- Design and develop new integration solutions using SAP CPI / PI, including Groovy scripting.
- Collaborate with functional teams to propose and implement solutions that address evolving business needs.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts through SAP projects, enhancements, and optimizations.
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP CPI/PI development experience, including Groovy scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver full-cycle development projects: building integrations, writing technical specifications, testing, training, and go live support.
- Strong SAP technical background in either support or project-based environments.
- Experience with SAP template rollouts and standard methodologies.
- Experience working in a global, multi-country SAP environment—preferably within manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Valid driver’s license.
- ABAP development experience.
- Experience with SAP cloud technologies such as SAP BTP, CIG, Commerce Cloud, or CPQ.
- Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of HTML5 / Fiori, Adobe Forms, and Workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Comfortable working in an in-person office setting.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Highly customer-service oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Professional and polished communication style; able to represent the company confidently in various settings.
- Flexible, energetic, and eager to grow professionally.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Primarily office-based with occasional work in manufacturing or factory environments.
- Exposure to varying noise levels and temperature changes may occur.
