About the Role
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical facilities? We’re seeking a Construction Planner/Scheduler with a strong background in systems planning and pharmaceutical project experience to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, and construction management—to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
- Integrate systems planning into project workflows, ensuring seamless coordination of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
- Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Leverage advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to deliver accurate, data-driven insights for stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency and compliance, ensuring all planning adheres to GMP standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in construction planning/scheduling, with proven expertise in pharmaceutical projects and systems integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), strong understanding of construction methodologies and system planning.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical facility requirements.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
